About MIXPAC™ MBH & MBHX, MBQ & MBQX Mixers
The MIXPAC MBH and MIXPAC MBQ series of cartridge static mixers were developed for MIXPAC B-System two-part cartridges. They have a unique “interlock with separate inlets” interface with the cartridge. The poka-yoke twist-lock mechanism provides A/B alignment, and the separated outlets between cartridge and static mixer eliminates the possibility of cross contamination and avoids plugged cartridges. These mixing nozzles are also compatible with most 50ml two-part cartridge systems, and 25ml two-part cartridges with a 1:1 mix ratio.
They are available in round/helical and square QUADRO versions. There are versions with stepped outlet tip, luer slip outlet tips and straight outlet tips.
MIXPAC MBH/MBHX and MBQ/MBQX static mixing nozzles are used to dispense two-part adhesives and materials such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and MMA methacrylate.
These mixers were formerly sold under the “Sulzer Mixpac” brand name.
