Why can’t I find a particular product on your shop that is on Intertronics.co.uk?
At this time, we do not offer our full product range for purchase on Intertronics.shop as some products are not typically available from stock, or require us to understand your individual application, or aren’t suitable for simple e-commerce transactions. If you’re looking to purchase a product you found on intertronics.co.uk but cannot find on intertronics.shop, please contact our Customer Sales Support team at orders@intertronics.co.uk or 01865 842842 and they’d be pleased to assist.
Do you have a shelf life guarantee?
The shelf life of materials we sell can vary, but we guarantee the product will be shipped to you with at least 25% of its original shelf life remaining. If shelf life is a concern for you, please contact our Customer Sales Support team at orders@intertronics.co.uk or 01865 842842 with your requirements.
How quickly will my order be confirmed/shipped?
If you order before 3pm on a working day, your order will be confirmed by our team the same day. If the item(s) are in stock, they will be shipped immediately for next day delivery. Otherwise, your order confirmation will include the expected delivery date. Orders for in-stock items received after 3pm will be shipped the following working day.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for online orders. You can contact our Customer Sales Support team at +44 1865 842842 or orders@intertronics.co.uk to order products if you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer.
What are your shipping options and costs?
You can find shipping information here. We are currently unable to offer international shipping for online orders. If you require international shipping, please contact our Customer Sales Support team at +44 1865 842842 or orders@intertronics.co.uk, and they’ll provide you with a shipping quote. They can take your order over the phone or by email.
Can I track my order?
Wherever possible for online orders, we supply our courier with the email address you have provided to enable you to track your parcel. Parcel tracking is done via the courier’s site and is not within our control; however, all shipments are made on a next day delivery basis.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes – upon placing an order, an account will automatically be created for you if you don’t already have one. By using this account to place future orders, you will have access to your online order history to help make ordering easier.

What are your customer support hours?
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year, when we are closed.
